Honouring Heritage, Embracing the Future

Dear Valued Distribution Partners,

We are pleased to share with you the details for the upcoming FISHERMAN’S FRIEND 2025 APAC Conference.

The event will kick of with the welcome dinner, hosted by DKSH China, on 19th November 2025.

Assembly will be at the hotel ground floor at 1800. A bus will take us to the dinner venue.

Unlike previous year, this year’s conference will be a one-and-a-half-day event starting at 0900 on the 20th, at the Loong Gallery located at the 2nd level and will be until mid-day of the 21st.

Please find the detailed agenda below.

We understand that part of the allure of having the conference in Beijing is the tourism, so we have coordinated with a local travel agency to arrange tour options. Learn more about the optional sightseeing tour below.

    1. Pre-booking transportation with the hotel
    2. Using local ride hailing apps
    3. Taking the regular taxis
  2. Taking the regular taxis from the airport to the hotel is very straightforward. Just follow the signs inside the airport and these will lead you to the taxi ranks. Just some reminders when taking taxis:
    1. Drivers only speak Chinese / Mandarin
    2. If you don't speak Chinese / Mandarin, it is highly recommended that you have a copy of the hotel's address in Chinese characters either on your phone or printed out to show it to the driver. For your convenience, you may use this:
      北京市朝阳区华贸中心建国路83号北京JW万豪酒店
    3. Regular taxis do not accept credit cards. Mode of payment will either be in cash (local currency) or digital payment (Alipay or WeChat Pay only).
    4. The distance from the airport to the hotel will be around 27km and the trip will be between 40 minutes to an hour depending on traffic conditions at the time you arrive.
